About

Alchemy Healing & Recovery Coaching blends compassionate nonjudgment and lived experience with clear, practical tools and resources as a non-clinical practitioner. I help adults navigate healing from addiction, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, building routines, boundaries, and nervous-system safety that lasts. I help adolescents have a safe space to work through the issues that come up as a part of growing up and support parents in understanding what their child is up against. Knowledge is power; application is wisdom. I provide tools, resources, lived experience (when appropriate), and guided exercises to help you understand your body, desires, and relational dynamics so you can create the connections you truly want.

I strive to create an inclusive space that is culturally responsive and feels safe for you, the individual. I work with BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, and anyone who desires to do the work to recover.

Intimacy isn't just about others and sexual experiences...

Trauma-Informed Support

I recognize the impact of traumatic experiences on intimacy, and I provide a judgment-free space where you feel safe to explore and grow at your own pace. Intimacy is not just with others but yourself as well. I gently guide you in becoming more intimate with all that you are with empathy for the experiences that shaped you.

Shame-Free Exploration

Sexuality and intimacy are deeply personal, and there is no “right” way to experience it. I help you unpack cultural and personal conditioning so you can reclaim your identity without guilt or fear.

Consent, Boundaries & Embodiment

Learning to listen to your body and set boundaries is key to feeling safe and connected. I guide you through practices that help you trust yourself, communicate your needs, and embrace intimacy and vulnerability with confidence.

My approach. We start where you are. Sessions are paced gently, integrating strengths-based coaching, mindfulness, and relapse-prevention planning in a warm, judgment-free space. I am not the expert in your experience. I provide a space for you to feel comfortable enough to share your challenges with me. This allows me to support you in ways that are meaningful to you.

Credentials & experience. I am a certified trauma care practitioner, sexuality and intimacy coach, and peer recovery specialist. I have training in trauma-informed care, trauma responsiveness, motivational interviewing, DBT skills, intention vs impact, rupture and repair, cultural humility, addiction recovery, and many years supporting individuals and families through recovery and change in personal and professional settings.
