How we collect SMS consent: We collect your mobile phone number and SMS consent when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms, during session booking, or through other direct interactions with Alchemy Healing & Recovery Coaching. Consent to receive SMS messages is always optional and separate from other service agreements.
What we send: By opting in, you may receive text messages including session reminders, scheduling updates, wellness resources, promotional offers, and other communications related to Alchemy Healing & Recovery Coaching. Message frequency varies based on your engagement activity.

Sensitive Information: We do not collect or store sensitive clinical or diagnostic information. Personal details shared during coaching sessions are treated as confidential and are not collected for data processing purposes.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this privacy notice.
